RETURNS

 

You must contact us to return goods.

The email address is shown below and is shown on your order confirmation email.

We only facilitate FREE returns for items within 30 days of delivery where the goods are:

01 - Damaged or Faulty

We accept returns at your shipping cost, for NON-CUSTOMISED or NON-PERSONALISED items within 14 days of delivery where the goods are: 

02 - Unwanted 

03 - Duplicate Order

04 - Unsuitable/Didn't Fit 

You MUST get proof of posting (this is free from the Post Office) for returns as this covers you for any items lost in the post.

Please note that it is not possible to return Customised or Personalised items unless they meet criteria 01 or 02. 

Customised items are always stated as so in the product description. Please see FAQ's for more details on our returns policy.

As a small company, we do not offer free returns. We don't front-load our product prices to include a percentage of returns and exchanges. We believe in FAIR AND OPEN PRICING and customers that do not require exchanges or returns therefore do not pay a premium on their product price to facilitate this for others. There really is no such thing as 'Free Returns' - these have a cost both to every business and to our environment.

EXCHANGES

 

You must contact us to exchange goods and it must be within 14 days of delivery.

As a small company, we do not offer free exchanges. We don't front-load our product pricing to include a percentage of returns and exchanges. Once we receive the goods back that you'd like to exchange, we will contact you and ask you to pay a £3.95 P&P charge for the cost of re-packaging and posting your new item.
