SO, WHO ARE WE?
Hate faceless brands and wonder if they're real UK companies or Chinese imposters? Us too!
We're Anna and Rebecca, two sisters who live in Hampshire in the UK and we've been running clothing design brands for some time now.
Hey Lola is relatively new but our sister site, Woof and Me, for dog lovers, is an established favourite in the doggy world; check out our reviews on Trustpilot for guaranteed quality!
We're passionate about design, about fun, about kids (and dogs) but most importantly, about small business in the UK.
In uncertain and difficult times - it's great to support British brands and we do the same in return by sourcing all of our stock in the UK. So you can buy with confidence and know that you are truly supporting the UK economy!
Hey Lola is the home of British Small Business Fashion. From Women's Hoodies, Kid's Hoodies, Ewomen's Sweatshirts and Kid's Sweatshirts to Prints and more - we know you will find something that you love amongst our collections.
Hello lovely HL family.
We have some quite sudden and shocking news to share.
Firstly, we are NOT closing. I have to make clear that we are absolutely carrying on because that is what Bex wants and needs.
Cancer sadly doesn’t stop bills coming in and without having the back up of a civil or corporate employer, it is my commitment to keep her income stable. She’ll be doing what she loves (new designs) when she can to aid her recovery and ease boredom. And frankly because she can’t sit still.
We will also be doing a special range this year to raise money for Bowel Cancer U.K. and particularly their early-onset campaign, Never Too Young. No truer words said - Bex is 37.
She has made the decision to make this public in the hope that it will save another life. So please, it’s a hard watch - especially for us who know and love her - but it’s so important to be aware of the signs and not to be fobbed off if you think something is wrong.
Thank you to all of the many fabulous customers who have already been in touch. We made some aware earlier on, with it impacting delivery timescales by a few days and we didn’t want to make untrue excuses.
If you are on Instagram, please give Bex a follow at @heybowelcancer - she would love your support and is committed to doing this publicly to help raise awareness. I am committed to supporting her in whatever she wishes to do.
With much love,
