Delivery

 

All of our orders are sent out via a first-class Royal Mail service, by Recorded Delivery, or by Courier. Yes, our postage costs reflect this, but we'd rather you received your item quickly, and reliably, rather than not at all. We hope you agree!

Delivery is 5-10 working days.

Last Christmas orders must be made by Monday 9th December 2019 please!

Due to the nature of our business, every order is 
'printed to order' which means that items are individually designed, printed, and packaged. We are happy to say that our average order time is 7 days, but we quote 10 days to allow us to ensure we meet your expectations.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Whilst we mainly ship to the UK, we are also happy to ship internationally too! 

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business, we can not accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty or not as shown. 
We do, however, accept unwanted or unsuitable returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, at your own shipping cost.
